Our vision for a new kind of pub

Relish was started by four partners who have kitchens in their souls. The four met working in kitchens and, in the 6th year of business for Relish at Hornby & Nelson, are just as devoted now to their original passion for amazing food as they've ever been.

Chef Patchen Gallagher has joined the team and taken that passion to a new level and has created a fantastic yet unpretentious GastroPub menu.

Our goal is simple: to give Vancouver a place to relax, have a great time and enjoy great food.

When we're open

We’re open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, and we’re open late for drinks. So don’t worry, Relish’s reputation for being a great late-night hangout lives on.
